Summer Volunteers 2010

Our Cabaña welcomed this summer 6 programme volunteers to be part of the International Team of Our Cabaña. We have Petra from Slovenia, Andrea from Venezuela, Fernanda from Mexico, Alys from Belarus, Emma from Scotland and Narjis from USA

Since the moment they arrived, they have bonded as a team and they have helped us to organize, run and evaluate all the activities that we do during our International Events. They have taken part in the Service projects that we run with the local community, traveled with our participants to places of historical and archeological value and during their free time they have had the opportunity to travel and discover Mexico.

This summer we are also lucky to have the presence of three long term volunteers that support the work of the World Centre. Florencia from Argentina as Assistant Program Manager, Amanda from USA as Event Administrator and Fatima from Mexico as Program Assistant and the coordinator of the WAGGGS delegation at the World Youth Conference.

All our participants so far have had great comments about the team and they feel encouraged to follow their steps and return to Our Cabaña as Volunteers.
