Our Cabaña is one of the four World Centres of the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts (WAGGGS). Our Cabaña offers a unique experience, influenced not only by the culture of Mexico, but also by the local and international members of staff. There are four international career staff at Our Cabaña: The World Centre Manager, Deputy World Centre Manager, Program Manager and the Assistant Program Manager.

The World Centre Manager is responsible for the overall running of the centre. In particular, the WCM controls the finances, oversees all the staff and maintains links with the World Bureau and WAGGGS Member Organizations.

The Deputy World Centre Manager handles the day-to-day administration of the centre. The DWCM’s responsibilities include publicity and marketing, property management and office administration.

The Program Manager is responsible for the planning, facilitation, and evaluation of Our Cabaña's program at an international level. This involves the co-ordination of all stages of the program for girls and adults, before, during and after each session. She is also responsible for the work of the Assistant Program Manager, Program Assistant and the Volunteers.

The Assistant Program Manager assists the Program Manager in developing, planning, facilitating and evaluating programs at Our Cabaña and takes a full and active role in all program activities.   She has a particular responsibility for instructing event participants in Mexican craft techniques and for the maintenance and development of the Craft House.
