Accommodation

Accommodation:

We have 8 dormitories, each sleeping between 10 and 14 people. We also have a number of twin guest rooms, each with their own bathroom and some with a balcony overlooking our gardens. The guests rooms are available for use by Bed and Breakfast visitors, as well as during sessions for an extra fee.

During Events:

Patrols/dormitories are formed in advance, each consisting of participants from different Girl Guide/Girl Scout groups. Please prepare your girls for this, and the fact that they will be in a dormitory with girls from other groups, not necessarily with other members of your travel group. Once you arrive at the Cabana we will be unable to change dormitory assignments. Adults and leaders will also be expected to take part fully in the scheduled program and the travel group leader is responsible for all the girls in the group throughout your stay.

During your stay at Our Cabaña, we expect the girls to be in their dormitories by 10:30 pm and ready to turn off the lights by 11 pm. We don’t expect them to be asleep by that time but we do request them to be quiet to respect those ones that need more hours of sleep. They can use a flash light to read and listen to their iPods, if they want.
