Our Cabaña is one of the four world centres owned by the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts. Each centre offers a unique Girl Guiding/Girl Scouting experience, influenced by the culture of the country and the international composition of our staff members. These two influences blend at Our Cabaña to produce a program that is unique to Mexico, unique to Our Cabaña, and unique to the time of your visit.

The Chief’s door, through which all visitors pass, is only the start of the experience of being at Our Cabaña. Behind this impressive blue door are five acres of gardens,many buildings and special places where friendships can begin and flourish. Our Cabaña opened in July 1957 and since that date has welcomed over 70,000 Girl Guides and Girl Scouts from around the world.

Having just returned from Cabana, I have to say that anyone who has ever thought of participating in a session should go for it. Just to say you have walked through the chiefs door and been met by your sisters in Guiding and Scouting has to be a highlight in a lifetime. The staff and volunteers take such good care of you it is amazing. You have to go!!

I went to our cabana last christmas 2007/08 and it was the best trip of my life!!Just looking at the pictures in the airport going home make me sad all over again.I miss all my friends from Australia,Bolivia,Venezuela and the U.S.A.!I promis I WILL be back!

I have just got back from our cabana i thought it was excellent and really enjoyed myself i would visit our cabana again Thank you for a great time and i will miss everybody hope to see you soon

I was at the Easter session last year. I had a great time and am still in touch with friends I made:-) I hope everyone at this years Easter session is having as good a time as I had:-)

Thanks to all the staff at Cabana, I had a great time this past week with the Friends of Cabana.
The experience from the time I walked in to when I left was great.
Miss waking up this morning to a Flag Ceremony and the warmth of the sun at Cabana.

What an experience! Just got home from Our Cabana on a Hants East Guiders Trip. Had the experience of a life time and want to go back for more. The staff are so welcoming and friendly and the whole place feels like a home from home. Keep up the good work girls.

Marg, Annie, Mary and Ruby were in India at Sangam for Thinking Day now in

I JUST WANT TO SAY WAT A FANASTIC TRIP I HAD IT WAS THE BEST TRIP I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY WHOLE LIFE!!!! I HAVE MADE SO MANY FRIENDS AND SEEN SO MUCH FROM THE SURROUNDING AREAS TO THE CULTURE OF MEXICO AND THE DIFFERENT CULTURES OF THE OTHER GUIDES FROM AROUND THE WORLD!!!!! IT HAS BEEN A FANASTIC EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!
I'M MISSING ALL THE LEADERS SO MUCH e.g.Gemma, Anna and Alex AND ALL THE WONDERFUL MEMORIES AND EXPERIENCES!!!! I WILL ONE DAY HOPEFULLY SOON COME AGIAN MAYBE EVEN A VOLENTEER!!!!!!
